Sustainable Mission, Thoughtful Design

Combining architectural vision with sustainable development, design team ARCHI+ has crafted Le Mont into a green haven for modern urban dwellers. Taking advantage of the location’s natural elevation, Le Mont is divided into three distinct levels—Garden Deck, Mountain Deck and Sky Deck²—offering residents with layered views of the expansive rolling hills³. The residential buildings and clubhouse⁴ are interconnected by covered walkways and escalators, ensuring residents enjoy a spacious walk home along the hillside³.

Under the thoughtful vision of famed landscaping team Adrian L. Norman Limited, the green spaces of Le Mont are perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment³, infusing the rhythm of Mother Nature into daily life.
The flower gardens are meticulously curated, boasting over 100 varieties of flowers and greenery that bloom in succession throughout the seasons³. Residents can enjoy magnificent views of the hills² while wandering through the lush layers of this lush evergreen garden².

Leisure Club²: Bringing Swiss Mountain Living to Life²

Inspired by serene Swiss mountain life, ARK's design uses wood and stone textures to create a warm atmosphere in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Creamy white furnishings and large glass windows invite nature and sunlight inside. LIGHTLINKS enhances the ambiance with soft lighting, making residents feel like they are in a Swiss chalet, harmonizing body and mind.

William LiuInterior Designer

William Liu is an experienced interior designer. He joined the international architectural firms OMA and Rocco Design upon completing his Bachelor of Architecture in London, and won the HKIA Young Architect Award in 1992. In 2002, he founded ARK Associates, a design office focused on enhancing lifestyles and experiences through architecture and interior design. With his pioneering spirit and interest in aesthetic fusion, Liu has designed a range of award-winning projects, spanning commercial, retail, and residential buildings, as well as clubhouses and hotels.

Koichi TanakaLighting Designer

Koichi Tanaka is a distinguished lighting designer and consultant from Japan whose work reflects his unique philosophy—that light can inspire connections between people, art, design, and technology. His company, LIGHTLINKS INTERNATIONAL, is based in Hong Kong and Tokyo and serves clients from Hong Kong, Japan, and Europe, with projects including five-star hotels, residences, offices, and clubhouses. Among other accolades, he is a multi-year winner of the LTI Lighting Design Award.
